If you have a complaint to make about our service please feel free to raise the matter with any member of staff, but particularly to the practice manager Joanne Booth or the principal dentist Jill Cooper. You can arrange an appointment to speak to them or telephone them on 01925 758616 or e mail them on firstname.lastname@example.org
We will respond to any complaint within 3 working days, we will then investigate any complaint fully and let you know in writing the result of our investigation. We will aim to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.
You may complain directly to NHS England via the complaints manager. You have several options for doing this:
